Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SS Paradise Residency's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. Cancellation policies and fees:

• More than 7 days before check-in: 10% cancellation fee
• 3-7 days before check-in: 30% cancellation fee
• 1-3 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund available

2.3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.

2.4. No refunds will be provided for:

• No-shows
• Early check-out
• Cancellations after check-in date

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.

3.2. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3.3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment

4.1. All rates are in Indian Rupees.

4.2. Payment can be made through our secure online payment system.

4.3. Additional charges may apply for extra services.

4.4. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

5.2. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.

5.3. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. SS Paradise Residency is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property.

6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
